Privacy at Yondris
This notice explains how personal data is processed when you browse yondris.com or contact Yondris through the website.

The company is not yet incorporated. The controller address and registration identifiers below are deliberately invalid placeholders and must be replaced before public launch.
The future operator of the website is planned to be Yondris Kft. Until incorporation, this block is design and development content only.
When you contact Yondris, we process the name, email address, selected topic and plugin, optional website URL, message content, language and the time the message was received.
The purpose is to identify and answer the request, provide product or licensing information, handle support questions, discuss agency cooperation and assess plugin ideas.
Contact messages and related correspondence are retained for five years after the request is closed, then deleted unless a legal obligation, an active contract or an ongoing legal dispute requires a different period.
Data that is no longer necessary for the stated purpose may be deleted earlier. Accounting, licensing and purchase records are governed by their own legal retention rules and will be described separately before sales launch.
The website and the hello@yondris.com mailbox are hosted by RackForest. RackForest processes hosting, server-log and email data as a service provider under its applicable terms and privacy information.
Authorized contractors may receive access only when necessary for website maintenance, security or customer support and only under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
The contact form uses server-side validation, a CSRF token, a hidden anti-bot field, timing checks, a slider challenge and persistent rate limiting. These measures protect the mailbox and website against abuse.
Rate limits use secret-keyed, one-way identifiers derived from the IP address and email address. The raw values are not written to the rate-limit file, and its temporary entries are automatically removed within 24 hours.
Standard web-server logs may contain an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and response status. They are used for operation, troubleshooting and security.
The website stores only functional cookies required for the selected language and secure contact-form operation. They are not used for advertising.
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also ask for information about how your data is handled.
Send privacy requests to hello@yondris.com. We may need reasonable information to verify that the request relates to you.
Contact-form data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
This notice will be updated when Yondris Kft. is incorporated, when sales and account services launch, or when providers and processing activities change. The current version and effective date will always appear on this page.
